There are many words that could describe Alison but words are just not enough.
If you knew Ali, you were blessed and privileged.
Her dedication, loyalty and internal beauty will never be matched.
She will never be forgotten and will always be remembered in Mid Solent F.L. history.
There will never be another Alison Searle and I will certainly miss her.

We have had the honour to know Alison for many years personally and within football at league and club level. There aren’t enough Alison’s out there, so to lose one is devastating and whilst we were all aware this was going to happen, it still comes as a shock. I think Paul summed it up pretty well when he messaged the boys last night with “I don’t know what to say other than she’s the bravest, kindest and hardest working person that I have had the pleasure to know in or outside of football. She will be missed by all that knew her”
